Moody filed the lawsuit in federal court after reports that a FEMA supervisor directed aid workers to avoid going to homes in Lake Placid that had yard signs supporting Trump.

Florida AG Ashley Moody sued FEMA officials for allegedly discriminating against Trump supporters during hurricane aid distribution. Former FEMA worker, Marn'i Washington, is implicated in the controversy,

"These actions deny Florida its place in the federal system because Florida residents disproportionately support President Trump," the lawsuit says.
