China dominated the medal count for the 2024 Paralympics with 95 golds, while the United States was third with 36 golds and 105 total medals.

As is tradition, the medal table is ordered by the number of golds achieved by each team. At Tokyo 2020, China led the Paralympics field with 96 golds, with Great Britain second on 41 and the United States third with 37.
