Police searching for 'person of interest' after fatal shooting in Franklin County
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police are searching for a man after a fatal shooting in Franklin County on Saturday night. According to KSP, police responded to an altercation near Flat Creek Road around 10 p.m. Police said Justin Girtley and Steven Girtley were involved in an altercation.
