HEB sets opening date for new South Congress store
H-E-B announced last week that its South Congress store will open Dec. 4. The San Antonio-based grocer originally unveiled plans for the new store on Austin’s most popular street in 2019.

H-E-B will open its location at 2400 S. Congress Ave. on Dec. 4 at 6 a.m., company officials confirmed Monday.
