Looking to explore more of New York City’s dining scene? The Michelin Guide released new recommendations for eating out in New York City, adding 19 new eateries to its New York guide. The new restaurants range from Indian to Italian to Korean food across Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Barsotti's, formerly known as Carbone's, was among the 28 North Texas restaurants to earn recognition from Michelin. Barsotti's was in the "recommended" category. Only one North Texas restaurant, Tatsu Dallas in Deep Ellum, earned a coveted Michelin star in the guide announcement.

AUSTIN, Texas - Michelin announced the restaurants that made the cut in its first guide to the Lone Star State. Anonymous Michelin reviewers have been in the state looking to award their coveted stars to the best cuisine in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. The company announced its plans to release a Texas guide in July.

Just days after being recognized by the Michelin Guide, a Houston restaurant has been removed from their list of Bib Gourmand selections. The Michelin Guide announced Thursday morning that Kâu Ba had been removed from their list.

Mistakes happen. Even to prestigious culinary awards. During a ceremony on Nov. 11, 2024, the Michelin Guide awarded The Charles, a great restaurant from Duro Hospitality, a recommended honor. But, not so fast.
