According to the United States Department of Agriculture, meat-packaging company Yu Shang Food Inc. is recalling more than 4,500 pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry out of precaution. Testing done in October showed some finished products were positive for the bacteria Listeria monocytogenes.
