This beach house is one of the original houses built in ocean sands - it is older, more rustic and a traditional ocean house. No home theaters, music studios or elevators. Please pass us by if you want a high end hotel. The first floor features 4 bedrooms (each with its own half bath and sharing a shower/bathtub with a neighboring room), and a full laundry room. There is also a Private Hot Tub and a Gas BBQ Grill, along with a hanging swing and deck chairs. The second floor offers the large great room, kitchen, and dining area, as well as gorgeous southeastern ocean views. There is also a fifth bedroom with full bathroom access. The kitchen has modern appliances and is of an open design.
